Are you all familiar with ALA’s The Rainbow Project?
It’s a project co-run by the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgendered Round Table and the Social Responsibilities Round Table of the American Library Association. Every year, the committee puts together a list of fabulous books with “significant and authentic GLBTQ content” and that are recommended for people from the very smallest (birth) up to 18 years old.
